    Technology Access 

    Substitute employees who need access to their District e-mail, eSchoolPLUS TAC, or Frontline access should view the PPS Email and Technology page. 

    Once you have acquired email and technology access you can login into these systems by visiting www.pghschools.org/staff. 

    Staff Resources 

    Substitute employees can access My PPS, Microsoft Outlook, Frontline, and all other PPS resources and webpages using www.pghschools.org/staff. 

    Help Desk 

    Employees can submit a support request via Let's Talk. You may also email support@pghschools.org or call 412-529-HELP (4357) during business hours: Monday-Friday 6:30-4:30.  

    Forgotten or expired passwords can be reset online here

    District Calendar 

    Each year, an internal working committee of central office staff members drafts a school-year calendar reflecting the number of school days, teacher workdays, holidays and professional development days. View the Pittsburgh Public Schools Calendar for the current school year.  

    Board Docs and Policies 

    You may view board policies, meetings, and documents by visiting the Pittsburgh Public School Board of Directors webpage. 

    PPS News and Social Media 

    You can get up to date information on district information by visiting the District Newsroom or any of the PPS social media sites below.
