We have a new name and a broader mission to serve students and schools.
The team has shifted to the Growth and Evaluation Division of Human Resources. We will continue to provide support and resources related to performance evaluation, but we are evolving and adding services that will contribute to employees’ development across the employee life cycle.

- Enhanced Processes: Improvements in onboarding, job readiness, evaluations, staff recognition, offboarding, and training opportunities. This includes 240+ new trainings on the Professional Learning Platform!
- Data-Driven Insights: Using evaluation data to better align training and resources with employee needs.
- Support and Feedback: Access to resources, tools, and support contacts.

The Growth and Evaluation Division designs and manages the systems, processes, and tools that enable high-quality feedback and professional growth across the employee life cycle. By equipping leaders and staff with clear structures for evaluation and development, we ensure that every employee is supported in strengthening their performance, expanding their skills, and preparing for future opportunities, ultimately contributing to positive student experiences and outcomes.
