This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks applicants who can provide a comprehensive, research-based, and evidence-based program that will ensure all Pittsburgh Public Schools’ teachers and English Learners in grades K-12 will have access to the most effective, culturally inclusive, and highest quality curriculum and instructional resources that promote academic language and growth in the four domains of English language acquisition. The RFP includes detailed requirements for all proposal submissions.
