You are required to pre-register for a federal criminal history report, which requires fingerprinting. Registration cost is $22.60 and is available online at https://uenroll.identogo.com/ (24 hours/day seven days per week) or by calling 1-844-321-2101 Monday through Friday, 8am to 6 pm EST.  When registering on-line you must first enter the appropriate service code: 1KG6XN, then click “Go” then click “Schedule or Manage Appointment” to complete the form. Please note that during the registration process you will have the option to schedule an appointment to have your fingerprints taken at a designated location or you may utilize the walk-in service. Once you have completed the registration and fingerprinting process please provide the FBI results or UEID number to your Human Resources Representative with your remaining paperwork. Please note that the purpose must be “Department Of Education.”
