Pittsburgh Brashear Basketball Star Wins Positive Sports Award

Cheron Collington from Pittsburgh Brashear won the 2020 Positive Athlete Award for basketball. Since it's inception, Positive Athlete, an organization with Super Bowl XL MVP Hines Ward as its lead spokesperson, has awarded over $400,000 in college scholarships to high school student-athletes based more on their character than their athletic performance.

Positive Athlete is a celebration of young Athletes who have overcome difficult circumstances, given back to their schools and communities in a significant way, or just have an infectious positive attitude that makes everyone around them a better person.
