Focused on community advocacy and volunteerism.

The Graysons are committed to public education. Dad Glenn graduated from Schenley High School, while Mom Erikka attended public schools in Washington, D.C. Although their son Xavier attends Pittsburgh Montessori, Erikka volunteers at Pittsburgh Miller, their neighborhood school. Mrs. Grayson greets students before the doors open in the morning, reads books and ensures the students start their day off with a smile. She’s also active in the Montessori PTO, while Glenn is a community advocate who regularly keeps up with School Board meetings. He notes, “It’s not just about one school—it’s about the whole system and how we can pour ourselves into it for the sake of our kids.”
