Dr. Ronald Roth has spent nearly half a century shaping the field of emergency medicine—both locally and nationally. A board-certified expert in Emergency Medicine and EMS, Dr. Roth has trained generations of providers and served as Medical Director for Pittsburgh Public Safety for 21 years, significantly improving cardiac arrest survival rates in the city. From guiding over 40 EMS agencies to serving as a team physician for the Steelers, his impact is profound. In recognition of his lifelong service, the City of Pittsburgh honored him with a citywide proclamation—Tuesday, October 10, 2023, is officially “Dr. Ronald Roth Day.”
