    Participation in sports activities this fall requires the completion of a full physical.  If you intend to participate in sports this fall, be sure to have a physical completed.  Please note that both of the following forms must be completed.

    Don't Miss Out!!!!
    One of the great things about the Obama Academy is the wide variety of activities that you can take part in.  A number of these activities in high school actually begin before the first day of class.  If you are interested in any of these teams or clubs, please contact the coach or director for more information as soon as possible so you can participate in any summer practice or conditioning that may be taking place.
