    IT Standard Operating Procedures

     

    Pittsburgh Public School’s numbered IT Standard Operating Procedures are statements of management norms and direction established to provide clear guidance and understanding for district users and partners. All documents aim to support consistent operations and understanding across all schools, departments and the governance of district applications, data and supporting partners. IT Standard Operating Procedures are updated regularly and governed by the Technology Management Committee and IT Leadership Team.

    Complementing these documents are our district policies.  Some references to policies are made within IT Standard Operating Procedures.  Policies are maintained by our Board of Directors and publically available within BoardDocs.  Updates to district policies are made through the public comment period managed by the Board’s Policy Committee
