PPS LOVE

LOVE is in the air at PPS! 

Pittsburgh Public Schools is proud to launch the #PPSLOVE Campaign—a districtwide initiative to create a positive, inclusive environment where students, staff, families, and the community feel supported, valued, and connected.

The campaign focuses on four core principles:

L – Lift Each Other Up: Show kindness & support one another.

O – Optimize Opportunities: Seize every opportunity to grow.

V – Value Differences: Celebrate and respect diversity.

E – Embrace Empathy: Lead with compassion and understanding.

To kick things off, we asked PPS students—from PreK to high school—what love means to them. Their answers will warm your heart! 

The LOVE Campaign continues all year with exciting events like Valentine's Day activities, Mental Health Awareness Month initiatives, and more.
