COOPERATIVE EDUCATION - PARENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary role of the parent or guardian in their student’s Co-Op experience is to provide positive support to their student. Parents and guardians are also responsible for ensuring students have original copies of social security cards, birth certificates, vaccination records if applicable, and a state-issued ID or driver’s license.

Parents and guardians initial the “Rules and Regulations” document as part of the Co-Op application to indicate that they understand the requirements and expectations for their child.
