Each theme includes specific objectives and initiatives. These initiatives will be phased over three years to ensure sufficient staff capacity, thorough implementation planning, and ongoing monitoring. Year 1 initiatives will begin in the 2024-2025 school year. Our strategic themes recognize that student success extends beyond academic achievement, encompassing emotional, behavioral, mental, and physical health. It is our responsibility to acknowledge and support all these aspects of our students' well-being.
