Title VI Notification

Title VI of the Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, in all programs, activities and employment. Title VI further prohibits discrimination and harassment based on race, color and national origin.

The Office of Human Resources is responsible for addressing inquiries relating to the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act compliance and to investigate and resolve complaints of discrimination based on race, color, or national origin.
