Pittsburgh Public Schools is proud to offer a wide variety of benefits to our employees. The documents below provide information that can assist you in making an informed decision prior to electing your benefit plans. Please note that you have 31 days from your hire date to elect your benefits using the online Employee Navigator system. After your initial benefit plan selection, you can only make changes to your benefits during the fall open enrollment period or after an eligible life event (for example, the birth of a child). Please review the Employee Navigator Enrollment Guide for instructions on how to register and enroll.

Coverage Information for Healthcare Plan Providers(Highmark $0 deductible) (Highmark 250/500) and (UPMC $0 deductible) (UPMC 250/500)
- Dental Plans (Preferred) Outlines the coverage offered by the District's preferred and traditional dental plans.
- Vision Plan (Vision Benefits of America) (Vision Benefits of America Buy Up Plan) Outlines the coverage offered by vision plans associated with each healthcare plan provider.
The amount each employee contributes to healthcare and dental coverage varies based on employee group. Please select your employee group from the list below to see your contribution table:

- Part-Time/Adjunct Teachers
- Paraprofessionals, Technical/Clerical Staff, Pre-School Teachers, Support Staff, and Operations Staff

- Building and Construction Trades
