Get ready for an exciting start to the 2026-2027 school year at Pittsburgh Public Schools' annual #PittsburghForPPS Back-to-School Event! Join us on Monday, August 17, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for a fun-filled day designed to prepare students and families for a successful school year.
Thanks to the generosity of our community partners, PPS students and families will have access to FREE stuffed backpacks, books, food, and valuable community resources while supplies last. Whether you attend in person or take advantage of our convenient drive-through option, we're here to help your family start the school year ready to learn.
