Pittsburgh Faison is a comprehensive K-5 school. We pride ourselves in using a learner-centered arts-integrated model where students can use multiple intelligences to become better learners and citizens prepared to achieve success in all of their endeavors. Faison enjoys partnerships with families, community partners as well as civic leaders and organization. These stakeholders clearly understand that the current and future success of the Homewood and East Hills communities is connected to our investment in our youth.

Students and Teachers Achieving Results (STAR) is a school-level award to recognize all staff represented by the Pittsburgh Federation of Teachers in schools making extraordinary gains in student achievement.
