How to Apply for an Absentee or Mail-in Ballot
Since gatherings of a large group of people is not recommended, Pennsylvania is encouraging voters to use a mail-in ballot (they will be paying for the postage). All registered voters can apply to receive one. Mail-in Ballots are a great way to contribute your vote during a very important election, all while keeping yourself and others safe.
