Multimedia Production & Coding (M-PAC)

CTE's Multimedia Production And Coding (M-PAC) program prepare students to apply HTML, XML, JavaScript, graphics applications and other authoring tools to design, edit and publish (launch) documents, images, graphics, sound and multimedia products on the World Wide Web. This program includes instruction in coding, mobile app development, Internet theory, web page standards and policies, elements of web page design, user interfaces, vector tools, special effects, interactive and multimedia components, search engines, navigation, morphing, e-commerce tools and emerging web technologies.

Certifications Offered:- Adobe Certified Associate - Web Communication (Dreamweaver)
- Adobe Certified Associate - Visual Communication Using Adobe Photoshop
- OSHA
Competency Task ListThe Competency Task List, issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE), is a detailed list of the skills students must learn in each program of study. When a student masters a competency task, the program instructor certifies this by placing their initials next to the task in the student’s Competency Task List Booklet. This booklet is provided to each CTE student during the first year of the program. The CTE instructor uses this booklet to keep track of the student’s progress.
