Casaundra and Sheldon Williams
Class of 2006 and 2007
Casaundra and Sheldon Williams met in high school as vocal majors at Pittsburgh CAPA in 2006, and they’ve been in love ever since.
Casaundra Williams graduated from Pittsburgh CAPA in 2007. In 2011, she graduated from Norfolk State University with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Music Media with an emphasis on Vocal Performance. Currently, she is a Vocal Music Teacher at Pittsburgh CAPA and director of the Gospel Choir.
When she is not teaching students how to sign, Mrs. Williams is doing some singing of her own. As a singer, songwriter, she released two albums, "What Kind of Love” and “Love Lessons", which are available on all music platforms.
Mrs. Williams volunteers at HOPE for Tomorrow and is involved with the West End Youth Mentorship Program. Her husband, Sheldon Williams, goes by the artist name "Frisson". Mr. Williams graduated in 2006 from Pittsburgh CAPA, and then went on to National Guard where he earned the rank of Staff Sergeant Air.
Earlier this year, Mr. Williams joined the brave men and women of the Pittsburgh Bureau of Fire (Class 127) as a firefighter.
Frisson recently released an album, "Motivation Music", which is available on all music platforms. Together, Frisson and Casaundra are working on a joint album to release this later year.
