    Message from Mrs. Colbert
    Friday, May 9

    Students,

I write to you today to encourage you!

Everyone should keep working. In this environment you might be able to earn and an A or a B so go for it. Remember your gpa and magnet status for all students matters. You must pass classes. Colleges, trade schools and universities will look at your effort during the COVID-19 grading period. You will want people to say that you were able to make A's and B's when you were learning from home without much help from your teacher. This makes you more independent, trustworthy, etc. You will be more likely to be selected for jobs, college scholarships, etc. Keep working Eagles. I am counting on you!
